SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Radhmaya! Our shipping policy ensures that your authentic Kanchipuram sarees are delivered to you with care. We take great pride in our packaging and offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. We aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all your purchases.
All orders are processed within 0 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to high order volumes or postal service delays beyond our control, shipping may take longer than expected, but we will keep you informed and work to ensure prompt delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such instances. Rest assured, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders above INR 5000.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $30 flat rate shipping to outside India. Free shipping for orders over $75

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over INR 5000 within Chennai city. For orders under INR 5000, we calculate charge for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10 AM on all days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Chennai address. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 0 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11 AM till 11 PM on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, Australia
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Radhmaya is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Radhmaya, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We take great care to ensure that every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to guarantee the highest quality.
